The Core is the main component of the TC Grid System. It includes your own area on our servers where your websites and many of your other services will be running. The servers are optimized for our products, making it safer and faster. There is built-in caching and nightly backups that are stored for 30 days. Security includes malware monitoring/removal, strong password enforcement, limited login attempts, IP Blocking, and constant security updates.
The main feature of the Core is website hosting. TC Tech offers web design services when you sign up at a significantly discounted rate to create the best, fastest, and most secure site possible. Our Core sites are built with integration in mind. Many of our Grid services are built to work with your website, increasing productivity and user experience.
Your TC membership and Core setup includes organizational email for each of your employees, as well as online office applications and collaboration tools, such as word processing, presentation software, and spreadsheets. This is done through Google Apps for Work and Microsoft Office 365 for Business.

When you add the Power Site Module, we extend your Grid to allow unlimited websites (subdomains included) and use of our CDN (content distribution network) to give your sites maximum speed. There are fees for additional SSL encryption, and unique domain registration.
The App Key is a consumer and management application module. This includes mobile applications for IOS and Android, as well as custom database applications and website functionality. We offer custom apps for many specific industries, such as real estate, tourism, churches, nonprofits, and more.

E-Sale is the TC Grid e-commerce solution. We can build a massive number of features into your e-commerce site. This can include subscriptions or membership sites, digital goods, and physical goods. We can also add features such as wishlists, “frequently bought with”, waitlists, reviews, and much more. With E-Sale, you have total control over your business and how you interact with your customers.
The TC Grid POS System can be integrated into any Grid-Powered Website to provide a complete point of sale service. This allows you to accept payments and keep complete control of your data. It also allows you to integrate it into our E-Sale system, meaning your inventory is always kept up to date across all platforms. Since it is part of the Grid, you can access it securely from any computer. Using a POS gives you constant access to sales statistics and data. You will always have what you need with our POS module.
$1,200 initial setup fee
Newsmail is TownCrafter’s own drag and drop email marketing platform. It is installed in your Grid Dashboard and can be used to send transactional emails from your site, or to send out your email newsletter. You can even set it up to automatically send a digest of your blog posts. You get great statistics on how your email campaigns are doing, so you can develop the best strategy to reach your audience. All emails are sent through a dedicated email server, providing better security and deliverability.
We charge $400 per year, which includes the platform and up to 75,000 emails per month.
For every million emails past that, we add a $150 fee.
This is our training program. Included in this is the creation of an employee handbook as well as customized guides to all of the TC services you are using. You will also have access to our support desk. Finally, we can set up custom e-learning courses, and you will receive a 50% discount on any in-person sessions.

Our Multimedia module provides videos for your YouTube channel and website. We can create custom animated and photo-based videos once a month. Just send us the material, or book a content session. We will also create custom graphics for any of your needs.
Monthly Media Program
Our Monthly Media program gives your organization the opportunity to release a new video every month. We build custom videos and animation based on your needs. This program gives you one new video every month that can be general or specific to individual events. We can even put together month-in-review videos to show the public the work you do every day. The sky is the limit. All you have to do is take pictures, videos, and send us any information about what you want. We can even come up with our own ideas if you want.
If you need a professional recording or interview, we can schedule a time to come out and film what you need. We can even create green-screen footage. Grid users receive discounted pricing.
In addition to videos, the Multimedia Module includes an allotment of 12 graphics per year. When you need a poster or image designed, we are here for you. Just send us your requirements and we will create a graphic just for you. We can do social media images, posters, signs, and much more.

The Social Key allows you to quickly and easily manage your social networks through a simple drag and drop calendar inside your Grid Dashboard. Schedule posts to all of your social networks, as well as your site blogs from one location. Automatically schedule posts for the best time to reach the most people. Set tasks for each post to make sure you get things done. Finally, with the Social Key, you can track your social network statistics to ensure that your posts are having the intended impact. For an additional fee, you can enable an autopost feature that will automatically post premade content when you have gaps with nothing else being posted.
